Product looks good but is slightly smaller in dimensions than shown on site, (about 20mm smaller on both diameter of seat and back). So fairly snug fit for most, and likely impossible to sit in properly for those of a larger physique. One part arrived damaged (of pair of stools) but T&W response is to replace this and partial refund. Good customer service, when response eventually arrived (4 business days later, with 2-3 advised). (Can only report fault online, no phone contact). On a positive note, the shipping was very fast.
