An easy assembly which is a nice change, very comfortable too. My only issue is it doesn't rise high enough. But if it did, it would get 5 stars. |

Happy with this chair. Really loving the head rest. Makes a big difference. I like using that small panel that moves at the bottom of my back for when I want to lean forward; it still supports my back. I have carpet at home and the chair doesn't roll nicely on it so I definitely recommend getting a chair mat. I did and it's much better now. |

Better than expected for an online purchase but actually very comfortable and fits me perfectly. Great support, much better than my prior version. Like the flexible back very much and the headrest is great. So is the backrest for small of back. All good. |
