This is my second mattress from T&W, the first one was amazing, but too soft for me even at medium/firm and I was waking up with lower back, shoulder and neck pain. I ordered this one after going through the reviews..noting that others mentioned it is definitely firm and helped relieve their pain. I've only slept on it for a couple of nights and it's the first time in over a decade I haven't woken up stiff and in pain. It is definitely firm, allows you to lay flat..with no sagging/sinking, but is still comfortable. The only minor issue I have is that the euro topper appears to be thinner than a lot of others, so you can feel where each individual box spring is. It's not uncomfortable, and they don't dig into you..it's more just an awareness thing. A thin memory foam/eggshell topper would solve the issue .. but it's not enough of a problem for me to worry about it. I'm here for the no stiffness and pain, and it delivered in my case. |

I have just purchased this mattress and its quality is quite impressive. The materials used feel premium, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The mattress is very comfortable, providing great support for a good night's sleep. However, I find it to be a bit too firm for my personal taste. While it offers excellent support, I was hoping for something slightly softer. |

I was a little sceptical about whether this mattress would be any good or not, as it arrived rolled up in a vacuumed sealed bag and box. To my surprise, it is a great mattress, firm and high and is perfect for my spare room. I bought this with the Whitewash beckham pinewood bed base. My guests thought the mattress was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this product. |

I searched and waited a long time to be sure I needed to replace my old mattress. My back told me I did. I have bought many things from T&W and have never been disappointed. This mattress is no exception. The first night I slept on it, I fell into a deep sleep almost immediately (not the norm for me). I awoke six hours later (also not the norm) feeling awake and alert with no sore back. This has been my best decision so far. And the whole process was easy and fast. The mattress arrived in a few days rolled and boxed and was easily unboxed and bloomed like a flower right on the bed. A wonderful choice that I will continue to enjoy for a long time! |

Although the quality seems good, we are very disappointed in our purchase. We have been sleeping on this mattress for over 2 weeks now and wake up with sore backs every morning. We are not big people, I weigh 50kg and my husband is tall and weighs 75kg. This mattress is too hard and doesn't offer the correct support. |
