Quite happy with products...though each armchair had one leg that was exceptionally hard to rotate to its final position, both back legs in fact. My main concern being the total cost of delivery to me. On arrival bearing in mind I paid over $800 there was just one person to unload and bring to my home the large products I had ordered. I was disappointed from work place health and safety perspective as well as the likelihood of product damage...the larger item packaging was caved in at the top but fortunately didn't sustain any damage to the product... I don't hold the delivery person at fault, I believe there should have been two persons....especially given the delivery costs. |

Love this chair so much, so comfortable, so strong, and beautiful. I did have some trouble with delivery (box was damaged and therefore the top of the chair was also damaged slightly, but T&W were very quick to help with this) |

Great value. Wet straight back though, so needs a cushion for lower back support. Looks lovely in the living room near the fire. Have just ordered a foot stool to match. |

This chair is sturdy, comfortable and elegant. I purchased the black one, and it is more black than in the picture, with a lovely slub to the fabric. It looks beautiful from all angles (including from behind) so could be positioned anywhere in the room. I am delighted with this purchase and want to buy another one so that I have a pair for my living room! |
