I’m very happy with the purchase. Delivery was also really quick. Product was easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. I found it easier to lay out all the parts and set up the machine were I intended to use it by going step by step with the instructions. The resistance of the bio force is also great, I found the resistance is heavier than what is listed for the product, which is a plus as there’s plenty of resistance to use and would be hard to outgrow the machine. The bio force is also pretty compact and it fitted perfectly in the spot I imagined. I highly recommend the bio force if it ticks all your boxes for a home gym.

Nice quality, sturdy machine, relatively easy to put together. Good range of leg and upper body exercises. I unfortunately have one cable about half an inch shorter than the other; it's not overly troublesome, but a tad annoying. Very happy with it though and would recommend.
