Nice and soft even though it is thin. Not scratchy like other thin rugs I have tried previously. The pile is short so it's easy to vacuum, and the pattern is forgiving of my kids' occasional spills. A great option for covering tiles in our living room during winter. It is a little slippery on the tiles, but easily fixed with a non-slip liner under it. Only real downside was it took longer than expected to arrive. Many other reviews said they recieved it in a couple days, but it took 2 full weeks to arrive. It was only a day longer than the delivery time quoted though, so not complaining too much.
