great quality and super quick delivery. This is a really helpful ramp for getting my little one up and down off the bed without hurting her knees. She is only young now, but my experience tells me they are better off learning young to use a ramp than waiting for something to happen before training her.

Sorry but very poor quality. arrived chipped and is too weak to carry my small dog. collapses and is super poor quality. shame. because I have lots of T&W product. never had a problem.

Framework is easily damaged, dogs found slippery and hard to climb at the higher levels. Wasn't suitable for what I needed it for.

A bit slippery for an older dog, but sturdy for medium sized dogs.

I was very happy with how quickly it came and good quality.

It says weight capacity is 45kg but our dog who is 31kg used it and the hinge broke.

Easy to assemble and use

They are very flimsy. Made very cheaply, but not cheap to buy. It appears you have used a very soft timber which is easy to chew. Especially puppies. Also had to add extra piece at the top as we are unable to touch under lounge.

Poor quality, light weight for wood frame. Would not recommend for dogs over 10kg

Terrible materials started falling apart within a week. We have a small dachshund that would use the ramp to get up on our bed. The ramp kept collapsing and was noisy when the dog used it. We got rid of it within a month. Can't recommend.

Decent construction and size. My dog will take a bit of training though.

Useful and helpful

our dachshunds like to sleep on the bed at night with us, having the ramp enables them to come and go as they need to. Plus we don't need to worry that they will be injured jumping from the bed to the floor. They took to the ramp immediately and have use it continually since we first purchased it.
