I ordered this lounge to replace a previous sofa bed I purchased through you which seemed to have a faulty/weak frame and one corner collapsed. I was happy with the customer service then, so I ordered this replacement sofa bed. Unfortunately, the screw holes didn't match up very well and it was extremely difficult to secure the screws. One screw hasn't secured at all. The threads on the screws don't seem to be compatible with the thread in the holes. |
