The product is faulty doesn't work

Perfect addition to our living room! Stylish and modern, and also very robust and well made. The sliding floor switch is great - we can dim it to whatever the mood requires.

Instructions were terrible which made it very difficult to put together. Small black cover next to washer was bent. Had to use plyers to pull it back into shape. The shade is not the colour as specified. It’s neigh not cream. The Velcro tape came away from the shade material through the centre join.. It wasn’t a cheap item and I’m very disappointed in the quality!!

Looks fantastic, not overly sturdy but worth the purchase.

A great looking lamp, a little tricky to assemble and some poor quality attachment fittings. 1. the nut to secure the two pieces at the base had come free, I used two black cable ties to secure the cross pieces . 2. The attachment of the lamp holder is very flimsy and one of the trim washers was crushed, not a big deal but very difficult to remove. 3. The shade is described as “off white” It is more like beige, or light brown.
