Overall we are satisfied with the lamps, purchased as bedside reading lights - construction, manoeuvrability of the shade and the colour. The only drawback is the switch is a component of the cord exiting the base directly behind the post; on a bedside table the cord/switch hangs below the tabletop and is difficult to find in the dark. We have taped the cords to the table leg ensuring the switch is locatable by touch |

I am very pleased with the new desk lamp. It projects a strong, clear light over a focused area. The swivel head is also very handy when needing to redirect lighting. The desk lamp's bold black frame matches my home office interior styling, artwork and furniture pieces. Very impressed. Thanks. |

I purchased these for our guest bedroom. They are great in that they're adjustable as to which direction you want the light. Only negative is that they're not very decorative or warm looking to jazz up a room. I would probably prefer this lamp in the study. |
