1. Product was as described 2. Easy online experience 3. Ample communication as to arrival goods 4. I do find the plastic swing slightly harder for kids to get on themselves because it’s quite slippery. I would choose a wooden one next time. I do however like that it is easy to clean and dry, if weather is showery.
