I recently invested in a set of cast iron pans, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my kitchen. The set includes three different sizes, perfect for everything from frying an egg to searing a steak. What I love most about these pans is their durability – they feel incredibly solid, and I know they’ll last for decades if cared for properly. The heat retention is outstanding; once these pans get hot, they stay hot, making them ideal for high-heat cooking. I’ve achieved perfect sears on meats and vegetables that I just couldn’t get with other types of cookware. The pans are versatile too – they transition seamlessly from stovetop to oven, which is a huge plus when making dishes like skillet cornbread or frittatas. The seasoning was good right out of the box, but I gave them an extra layer of seasoning just to be sure. Since then, food slides off the pan effortlessly, and cleanup has been much easier than I expected. Just a quick wipe with a little water and a paper towel, and they’re good to go. I am very pleased with my purchase of 2 sets of cast iron pans. I bought one set for my son and a set to use at home. The only thing I noticed when I used the small pan after cooking eggs black residue appeared on the bottom of the eggs. I’m still trying to figure out why this occurred. Apart from that I am going to try again! |

Pans are great for the price. Seasoned them twice before I used them to be sure they wouldn't stick and have cooked and even burned a few things with nothing sticking. The small one is kinda useless though for the price of the set it's great.

Best value set of 3 cast irons I’d found and I am impressed that quality didn’t take a hit with the price I have used these every time I’ve cooked since I got them I can’t fault them. But do season them yourself as well as they sweat in the plastic when shipped which ruins the seasoning on them already. |
