This item was beautifully made, both inside and outer casings were excellent. Unfortunately the filling on my particular one was inadequate. The service from Temple and Webster regarding my issue was fantastic. |

This is a great pillow - definitely wash the case prior to use as someone has suggested due to the smell. Interestingly, the butterfly section is the most useful so I possibly didn't need to buy the whole c-shape situation! Particularly given it's not too firm or fluffy (if you like a pillow between your legs for side-sleeping, this won't really suffice on its own due to its piddly soft depth... would be far better with more stuffing!). |
