Great unit and cats love it. Looks stylish. Only issue is the small pieces of wood that create the ballister 'balcony' are supposed to hold in place by tension - but the outer two dont really screw in place with the screws provided. I had to use larger/longer screws. Otherwise the ballisters would keep falling out and the system wasn't sturdy. Still happy with final product. |

Hard to put together, not very stable or good quality. A lot of the holes and fittings do not line up for screws and assembly. It is probably more suited to a baby kitten, a little small even for my 6 m old kitten. The only nice thing about it is that it is nicer looking than a lot of other cat trees. |

My cat Louie loves this scratching post....it entertains him for hours....loves playing in the bowl and sleeping on the fluffy rug.....recommend this to everyone with a new kitten

The rail along the side did not screw in properly and didn't have allocated screw-in holes and that part broke as soon as my cat jumped up. |

More velcro needs to be supplied with this product as you really need to use four for one piece so we were only able to secure one of the felt pads.  reply
